Lou has over twenty years of experience in the food industry catering in Canada, Bahamas and Costa Rica
Lou happily prepares breakfasts and can pack healthy beach picnics, complete with cooler, or he can perform his magic right on the beach where he can fix a barbecue catered to your taste.
If you choose to dine at home, rest assured the kitchen will be completely cleaned after dinner is served.

Fish and seafood are sourced locally. If you have been out fishing and hooked something tasty, Lou will do it justice in his kitchen. He knows how hard you worked for it.
